Tournament office / Check-In

You will find the tournament office in the Peter-Lenné-Schule at Hartmannweilerweg.

All information is available in the tournament office. On the day of arrival, the check-in of all teams and referees take place here.
If you arrive with your teams on Friday after midnight, we ask for an info via the  telephone number below.

Opening hours:

•     Friday: 17:00 - 02:00
•     Saturday: 07:00 - 24:00
•     Sunday: 07:00 - 24:00
•     Monday: 07:00 - 15:00

Since school is still operating on Friday, we can not open the tournament line until around 17:00. Please do not disturb the school operation before!

IMPORTANT: Since the school is located in a residential area with narrow streets, it is not possible to travel by bus (no turning around). Busses please park at Sven-Hedin-Straße or Onkel-Tom-Straße, from there it is only a few minutes by foot. Please pass on this information to your bus driver, as we do not want any busses stuck.
