Liebe Basketballfreunde,
hiermit laden wir Euch vom 30.05.-01.06.2020 zu unserem 36. internationalen Zehlendorfer Pfingstturnier ein.
Mit Blick auf das kommende Turnier haben wir Eure Wünsche aufgenommen und versucht bestmöglich umzusetzen. Es gibt insbesondere zwei Dinge, auf dir Euch aufmerksam machen möchte.
- Vorbestellung Turnier-Shirts
Wir kommen eurem langjährigen Wunsch nach und werden für das bevorstehende Turnier vom Shirt-Anbieter noch vor Weihnachten einen Webshop einrichten lassen. Ihr könnt somit eine Onlinebestellung vornehmen und dadurch bereits am Anreisetag Eure Shirts in Empfang nehmen.
- Optimierung Catering (Gästekarte A) à Limitierung Gästekarte A:
Wir haben uns ausgiebig mit dem Caterer ausgetauscht und sind Euren Wünschen zur Optimierung des Caterings nachgekommen (Menge des Essens & Auswahl/Zusammenstellung des Abendessens). Diese Optimierungen, gesteigerte Personalkosten und die Erfahrungen vom letzten Turnier, sorgen zum einen für eine Preiserhöhung des Caterings bzw. der Gästekarte A (+10€) mit gleichzeitiger Limitierung auf 500 Personen beim Catering. Bitte beachtet, dass wir damit in Bezug auf das letzte Turnier ca. 200 Gästekarten der Kategorie A weniger ausgeben werden. Es ist daher ratsam, eine frühzeitige Anmeldung vornehmen. Sobald das Gästekartenkontingent A ausgeschöpft ist, gibt es nur noch Gästekarten der Kategorie B oder ihr meldet euch gänzlich ohne Gästekarten kann.
Neben den bekannten Spielklassen schreiben wir auch in diesem Jahr wieder 3x3-Spielklassen (Frauen & Männer) sowie eine Senior Mixed Spielklasse aus. Außerdem versuchen wir erstmalig, eine mix U10-Spielklasse zusammenzustellen, und freuen uns auf Anmeldungen für diese Spielklasse. Eine Übersicht aller geplanten Spielklassen für 2020 findet Ihr auf unserer Website.
Wichtiger Hinweis: Die Größen der jeweiligen Spielklassen (=Anzahl der teilnehmenden Teams) sind auf Grund von Hallenkapazitäten begrenzt. Meldet Euch somit bitte frühzeitig an, um Eure Teilnahme sicherzustellen.

Dear Basketball Friends,
we invite you to our 36th annual Pentecost Tournament in Zehlendorf from May 30 - June 1 2020.
Looking forward to the upcoming tournament, we reviewed your wishes and tried to implement them as best as we can. There are two things in particular we want to point out to you.
- Pre-order tournament shirts
We accommodate your longstanding wish for the upcoming tournament and will have the shirt provider set up an online shop before Christmas. You can place your order online and already get your shirts on the day of your arrival.
- Optimizing Catering (Guest Card A) à Limitation of Guest Card A:
We talked thoroughly to the caterer and meet your desires to optimize the catering (amount of food & choice/combination for dinner). These optimizations, higher staff costs, and the experiences from the last tournament lead on the one hand to a price increase of the Guest Card A (+10€) and on the other hand to a limitation to 500 people for the catering. Please note that we will hand out about 200 Guest Cards of the category A less than in comparison to last year. Therefore, we recommend an early registration. Once we are out of Guest Cards A, there will only be Guest Cards of the category B or you register without any Guest Cards.
Next to the known divisions, we offer 3x3-divisions (men & women) as well as a Senior Mixed division this year again. In addition, we try to put together a mixed U10 division for the first time and are looking forward for registrations for this division. You can find an overview of all offered divisions in 2020 on our website.
Please note: The amount of teams in one division is limited due to the capacity of the gyms. So please register ahead of time to assure your participation.
